Every month we go through the site properly: every page, every link, every form, on a real phone as well as a desktop. Most importantly we confirm your enquiries are actually landing in your inbox — a broken contact form is the most expensive thing that can quietly go wrong on a website.
AI readability

Those tools read the plain text and the structured code underneath your site, so we write your services, suburbs, hours, pricing, licences and reviews as clear, quotable facts and tag them the way those systems look for — then periodically check what the major assistants say about your trade in your area.

- 02No lock-in.It’s month to month. Give us 30 days’ notice whenever you like, we’ll see out the current month, and that’s the end of it. No exit fee, no questions.
- 03What “unlimited changes” covers.Edits and additions to your existing site — text, prices, photos, services, new pages. It doesn’t cover a full redesign, a second website, an online store or booking system, or logo and branding work. If something you ask for falls outside, we’ll tell you before we start and quote it separately — you’ll never get a surprise bill.
- 04Turnaround.Most changes are live within one to two business days. Anything larger, we’ll give you a timeframe up front.
- 05Your domain and your content stay yours.The domain is registered in your name, and the words and photos on the site belong to you. If you ever leave, you keep the domain and we’ll hand over your site files. We don’t hold anything hostage.
- 06Costs we pass on at cost.Advertising budgets, premium stock photography, paid third-party services and premium domain purchases aren’t part of the monthly fee. We’ll always check with you before spending anything.
- 07If an invoice goes unpaid.We’ll chase it up with you first. If it’s more than 14 days overdue the site is paused rather than deleted, and goes straight back up once it’s settled.
